Bass guitar is one of the most versatile instruments. You can play solo poetry and industrial nu metal. During the workshop various techniques and various music styles will be presented. We will learn where to start, how to practice, how to act on stage and what to buy, and what not to waste many on. Attention!! We will reveal the secret of recording bass in a studio and show examples of playing with your bass and PC. There will be place to present your technique and achievements. No limitations, just US and BASS. Led by Daniel Dębniak

3. BATIK ? painting with wax

Batik is a technic where you paint with wax on fabric, then dye it and iron the wax off. The areas covered in wax don?t change color and you can repeat the process as many times as desired depending on the end effect you are trying to achieve. Because of the fact that we will be dealing with hot wax you must be at least 14 to take part. Led by Jadwiga Lenart

4. BLACKSMITHING & ARTISTIC METALWORK

9. CONTACT IMPRO

Improvizational contact is a dance form that has been developing within the past 40 years. It explores the connection of two bodies moving while connected in that movement. We will be focusing on self discovery, knowing the limits of your perception, awakening creativity and spontenuety in movement. Led by Alicja Różańska

10. CONTEMPORARY DANCE ? improvising to music

The topic of the workshop will be the relation of dancer and music, his sensitivity to sounds. We will seek inspiration to move in music and outside of it ? in associations, images, feeling. Music is like a wave on which you can float and in which you can let yourself go. We will also try to make a partner of it, for which we need more self-confidence as a dancer. You don?t have to be a professional dancer to dance ? the line between walking and dancing is very thin and is still not drawn 🙂 Led by Daria Tumińska

11. DANCE TRAVELS NEAR AND FAR

Embark with us on a journey through Europe tracing the dance inspirations. Learn about Portugese dances, sensual French frolics or energetic traditional Celtic dances. Decoupage is a decorative technique that incorporates paper or napkins. You glue them onto either wood or metal object and then cover them with a clear varnish. We will be making earings as well as brething new life into old jars. Led by Agata Stępień

15. DJ’ing

Dj?ing workshops will be the opportunity for everyone who has been interested in Dj?ing and it?s equipment. You?ll be able to get tips and techniques that will influence you getting a proper mix. You?ll have the chance to use equipment such as mixer Pioneer DJM 900 Nexus, 2x CD-Player Pioneer CDJ 1000mk3, 2x gramofon Technics 1210 mk2 . We?ll be playing Drum’N’Bass, Breaks, House and Techno. 16. FINE ARTS FOR EVERYONE

19. GLASS MOSAICS

Glass mosaics is a historical method originating from ancient times. Using optical properties of glass, its transparency and various colour saturation we will create new surprising visual effect at the workshops like a flat image and spatial object. I always wanted to play guitar? And? Nothing… Oh no, no, no! Now you have a great opportunity to change that! At the workshop your musical sensitivity and hearing will be aroused, you will gain basic theoretical knowledge and sound technical basis, so you won?t be ever again bugged by prosaic ?I don?t know how?. 21. HANDMADE PAPER

Artur Szabatowski ? graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław at the Industrial Design department. He graduated from Lower-Silesian Academy majoring in Sociotherapy. Teacher at Independent Art High Schools in Wrocław, Abrys, lecturer at DSW. Leads art-therapy workshop at the Lower-Silesian Centre of Creative People.
We will learn the secrets of creating the paper pulp, technique to dye it and rules of creating paper sheets out of it. From paper mass including various additions you can magically create colourful images, greeting cards and other paper haberdashery.

22. HEADGEARS

23. HIP-HOP DANCE

Hip-hop is a culture, of which dance is an integral part. Important role is played by the awareness of the body; isolations, improvisations and feeling – bounce. At the workshop we will learn how to control all of this and learn basic moves – foundations. Hip-hop sounds will transfer us into the world of street culture. It will be old-school! 24. HULA HOOP

This freaky filed of circus is oftener and oftener linked with various styles of dance or is a form of expressive movement by itself. Mastery of the technique is a first step towards creation of fluid move sequences, decorated with hula hoop. 25. IRISH DANCE

26. JEWISH DANCE

Learning of various themed Jewish, Israeli, Chassidic and Yemeni dances. Israeli and Jewish dance is not only learning technical steps, but also a prayer, expression of happiness. 27. JUGGLER ON A STAGE LIKE A LION OUT OF CAGE!

Learning to play with kendama (traditional Japanese dexterity toy). The goal of the workshop is to present the participant, what kendama is, learning the basic tricks and showing that kendama is great fun for everyone. Led by Karol Tutkaj

29. KENDO ? Japanese fencing

Kendo is a Japanese sport fencing discipline practiced with bamboo swords. It?s one of the Japanese martial arts collectively called ?budo?. Its direct origin is the battle samurai fencing. Workshops will take the form of a training for beginners. Led by Krzysiek Kaczorowski 

30. LE PARKOUR / FREERUN

Workshops will take form of sport training, during which the participants will learn how to prepare for physical exercise, warm up their muscles, learn the methods to avoid contusions and all of the safety rules while training Freerun and Le Parkour. We will learn and practice basic elements of Le Parkour, and later some more complicated elements connected with Freerun. Led by EKIPA FREEDOM

31. MANZO

MANZO is a dynamic physical game, in which not only fitness and agility, but also tactics and planning are important. Two teams fight on a field marked on grass. The goal of the game is to get through the opponent?s field and reaching MANZO, a furthest point from the player?s field. The rules are not complicated and the fun is just splendid. The game teaches to work as a team (especially when people smaller or weaker participate). Often demands sacrificing for the team. The only thing required is sports clothing and good will for fun. 32. MATHEMATICAL EMBROIDERY

The workshop will teach us how to ?paint? beautiful pictures, postcards, bookmarks with thread on paper. The technique involves connecting paper perforation according to the pattern, own imagination. 33. MUSICAL IMPROVISATION ? play (from) yourself

Without note sheets, without technical rules you can communicate with others using your instrument! Workshop is dedicated to those, with their own instrument, can play it (it can even be a primitive instrument, made by yourself). We will work individually, in small groups and together. We will compose a song based on our improvisations. Led by Anna Stankiewicz

34. MUSIC FOR REAL

35. PARTNER POI

Developing tricks that we have prepared increase your reflex and integrate with your partner. We put stress on rhythmicity and awareness of every movement during fire-swirling. 36. PETANQUE ? French bowling

Petanque is a traditional French game coming from Provence. It is known „boule” or „playing balls”. Almost everyone can play. The barriers of age or even disability don?t matter. At the workshop participants will learn the rules and basic techniques and tactics. They will also play, play and play some more. Also, traditionally Boule Noir or night bowling. 37. PHOTOGRAMS

Photograms are images created without a camera. During the workshop we will smear our mouths, ears, hand, foot with a greasy cream and press them against photosensitive material. Very interesting commemorative work will be created. Led by Ewa Żukowska

39. PLASTER MASKS

Workshops of plaster masks creation is a time, where in a fun and funny way you can create a mask reflecting your face. Every participant creates such musk on the other person and someone creates one on us. Masks are very simply done. Come and see for yourself! Led by Renata Swatko

41. PUPPETS

During the workshop ways to create puppets using simple and recycled materials (such as: socks, paper bags, cardboard tubes, scraps of textiles, wastepaper, etc.) After creation of puppets all participants will animate their ?critters? trying out theatrical improvisation. 42. PVC BOWS! Make yoself a bow 🙂

The assumption of the workshops is to open the participants up to archery. Unfortunately archery equipment is quite expensive and I want to show, that it doesn?t have to be an obstacle. Bow we will create out of PVC are in no aspect inferior to the wooden bows and are most importantly not expensive. We will also create arrows with quills and aluminium arrowheads and cardboard shooting targets. After everyone has created their equipment we will learn the basics of archery and the most pleasant thing: testing. Led by Łukasz Michalczyk

43. RAINSTICK

We reveal the secret of the instrument causing the rain to fall, for creation of which you?ll need to reserve a couple of days for workshops. The most steadfast will finish the classes with their own hand-made rainstick. Led by Katarzyna Zajączkowska i Jakub Zajączkowski

44. RECYCLED MUSCIAL INSTRUMENTS

We will create different instruments every day using things, which usually appear unusable. We will re-use them and give them new meaning. Created instruments can then be decorated as you wish them to be. Led by Mateusz Magnowski

45. SALSA – RUEDA DE CASINO

Basics of salsa danced on hot Cuba, particularly the rueda de casino variant (couples stand in a circle and perform forms shouted out by the leader). The classes will be teaching from the basics. Every day we will learn next forms (solo and in couples), so after the festival you could boldly go to a salsa party in your town. You don?t need a partner to participate. 46. SELF-DEFENCE FOR EVERONE

Workshops on basics of self-defence for everyone. Every workshop will be divided into three parts: warm-up, strikes and kicks and at the end an element of ju-jitsu. Difficulty level will be adjusted to the physical capabilities of people training, so nobody will get hurt. At the classes we will try to pass on the practical knowledge that can come in handy in the dangerous situations, but I will also try to prove, that martial arts can be fun and a great way to spend your free time. 47. SLACKLINE

Slackline is a sports discipline in which one has to keep his balance and do aerobatics on a tape (slack). Workshops will allow the participants to try their skills in it. As always the helping hand and an advice from the instructor will be available 🙂 The goal is to spread this unique hobby and great fun during training. Led by Adam Gawron 

48. SOAP BUBBLES- CREATION AND GAMES – 55

Small bubbles/ big bubble anywhere from 20-120 cm / tunnels up to 6 meters long / blowing small bubles into bigger ones /tunnels surrounding your body/catapulting bubbles into the air/ soap bubble games including bubble ping pong/ participants making bubles themselves/ bursitng bubbles/ enclosing people in bubbles/creating bubbles out of bags. 49. STAFF MANIPULATION

Workshops presenting the power manipulation of one of the simplest instruments in the world. Both initiates and amateurs are welcome! We will show that the stage is not so scary, if you have ways of dealing with the audience 🙂 As experienced jugglers we won?t forget to tell you about safety and guarantee you great fun while learning new harder and harder tricks! 50. STAINED-GLASS WORKS

Workshops will allow the participants to learn how to cut and polish glass and how to join it using Tiffany technique. The topic of the workshops will be little forms and glass jewellery. Stained-glass works should be a surprise for its maker, for glass changes the image seen through it, even when it?s a little glass piece in an earring. Glass is fascinating, it usually is a star ? a light reflection is all it needs. Led by Maciejka Bokrzycka

51. STILTS

52. TIE DYED T-SHIRTS

Hippie-style T-shirt dyeing. During the workshop a way to prepare the dye will be presented as well as a way of folding which will let you later enjoy a t-shirt with various patterns. Tie Dye is an easy way to give your clothing some more colour and style for a little price and the process itself gives lots of fun and entertainment. Bring a white t-shirt, so you can take it back home? coloured 🙂

Secrets of creation of beautiful tissue-paper compositions. Such flowers can be a beautiful decoration of a home and can be a hand-made, beautiful gift. It?s an interesting hobby that is wonderful to look at, relaxes and gives lots of joy. Led by Anna Walisko.

54. UNICYCLE FOR BEGINNERS or the first pedalling

During the workshops we will teach everyone to ride the unicycle. Of course the required condition is to not be turned off by the first failed attempts. Despite how it looks, it is easy to master the one wheel and after 3-4 hours of training, everyone will get the basics. Workshops are dedicated mainly to the beginners, but if there?ll be someone, who can ride, he can learn new things from us ? jumping, tricks, etc. Led by Piotr Pajda i Paweł Pajda

55. WARRIOR CASTE

Outdoors fun with swords made of bamboo and soft covering, with optional cardboard shields. Participants are divided into two fractions (both having its leader, song, banner). After learning the safe fun code written earlier w set about to fighting little battles in various forms: normal battles ? capturing the flag ? protecting the king ? duels. Good fun is the most important of our goals and also experiencing of the brotherhood of people fighting side-by-side in an efficiently working team. Led by Przemysław Tereszczak

Geocaching is a field game based on searching for ?caches? pre-hidden by other players. At the workshops participants will be introduced to geocaching, and obtain basic knowledge about looking for caches. Led by Patryk Rzeźwicki

59. PAPER WICKERWORK
Saturday 12 July, 20:00 / location 60 / level 1 / max 10 people
From paper wicker you can create many things: jewellery, decorations, ornaments, baskets or even handbags. At the workshop every participant will learn how to create weaves using newspapers and glue. We will start by learning how to roll tubes and then everyone will create his weave, which he can then take home. Led by Iza Słupecka
